SHIPPING AND POLICIES
SHIPPING
Currently, products displayed on the Quilts For All Seasons
website can be ordered and delivered only in the United States.
Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. The rate is
$5.95 USD per item ordered. Please email for a reduced shipping
rate if ordering three (3) or more items.
International ordering and delivery is not currently available
but may be added in the future, depending on costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
All major credit cards are accepted and PayPal is used as
the exclusive online payment processor for all credit card transactions
for Quilts For All Seasons. You do not have to have a PayPal
account to purchase items from the Quilts For All Seasons online
store.
Money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and
company checks are accepted in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are
processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check.
For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking
days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is
processed. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.
RETURN POLICY
We would like all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with
their purchases. Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy to
which all of the following conditions apply. The return
period is 30 days from your invoice/receipt date. The refund
process will begin once we are in receipt of the returned item(s).
All returns must be in original condition and original packaging
and free of any odors, particularly smoke odor. Refunds will
be processed in the same manner you paid us. Refunds will not
be given for shipping and handling charges nor do we pay for
return shipping and handling. Returns not in compliance with
the conditions stated above will not be refunded.
For returns that meet the above stated conditions, Quilts
For All Seasons will endeavour to process all returned items
within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds
from the time we have received returned goods and 4 weeks for
credit to appear on your bank statements. We cannot refund to
a different credit card than the one used when the purchase was
made. A customer service representative will endeavour to communicate
by e-mail the successful processing of all refunds.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 7.0% will be charged to Florida residents only.
For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible
for sales tax and any other tax requirements for your location.
PRIVACY POLICY
All customer information is kept confidential and no information
is shared with any outside parties under any circumstances.
DISCLAIMER
You may use the content of this site only for the purpose
of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and
for no other purpose. All artwork and images on this site are
the property of Quilts For All Seasons. No materials from this
site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded,
posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means
without Quilts For All Seasons' prior written permission. All
rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized
reproduction of artwork or any unauthorized use of the materials
appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and

OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions
you include with any order to purchase, regardless of whether
Quilts For All Seasons signs them or not. Quilts For All Seasons
reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions
